The number of things I should be doing on my unexpected day off is staggering.
The kitchen alone holds 32 different chores waiting to be done. And don't even get me started on the laundry. Then there's the not-so-much-of-a-walk-in closet disaster. Oh, and presents that need wrapped.
And what am I doing?
Playing around with Picnik.
Seriously.
If you haven't used Picnik, you should definitely give it a try. The possibilities are endless. I took a self-portrait right before my husband's surprise 40th birthday party on Friday. (Yes, he's 40! Ack! How did I end up married to an old man?!)
Then I took that picture and went crazy with the Picnik.

I don't really know what this is supposed to be. I think it's called HDR but I kinda like it. Very artsy. And I might just have to find that lip stick color...

I really like all the looks, well, not so much the purple one. The pencil sketch would make a great coloring page for Little Miss and Farm Boy. I really like the HDR one, very edgy. Now go clean up your closet mess !!!

Scraped the melted styrofoam off the back burner, which has been there for 5 days.
Washed dishes.
Started some laundry.
Fed and dressed a girl.
Fed and watched a boy dress himself in shorts and a short sleeved shirt. Whatev.
Filed some papers. Cleaned off part of one counter.
And yet the blogosphere sucks me back in.
Still no bra and I'm not worried about it.
So...you have a snow day? And what does one do on a snow day but picnik? :-) I love what you did with your photo. Too fun. I love playing around over there. But like you tube...I will so get sucked in...
