Oh, I love those cow faces! Thank you so much for introducing me to the idea that cows have as much individuality as people do. I'll never look at one the same way again.
Oh, I'm so glad you got a one with some good tongue in nose action. As I was scrolling down I was thinking, "I hope she got one with his tongue right up a nostril." You DID...perfect. I raised market steers in FFA. I miss them, they really were such babies.
I LOVE THEM!!! I want to get pics of cows sooooo badly but I dont know anyone who owns any and I figure if I stop on the side of the road to snap pics of someone's cows, they may just call the cops on me!
I grew up on a farm...I actually miss the smell of milk replacer! I loved feeding calves...whisking up the milk replacer in the bucket with that giant nipple on it, the watching the calves furiously suck it down...then gaging over all the slimey saliva that would string out from their mouth to the nipple...good memories!!!
Oh, you would SOOOO love one of my youtubes where I am riding our Kubota through our pasture. We have beef cows too. If you are ever bored -- go to my video bar on my blog and find "Vlogemotion - fear of bull" or something like that. I wonder where you live. Beautiful!
I love cow faces! I really do. I especially love those soft eyes, and their wet, hairy noses but what is with cows sticking their tongues up their nose? Why do they do that? Because they can I imagine. hehe Around here it is extreme close-ups of goat faces. (Because they think the camera is something to eat)

Believe it or not.. I am TERRIFIED of cows. I got stepped on a kid.. and I avoid them like the plague.

Those faces make me miss showing beef cattle :-( We have a couple Holstein steers right now (just for meat) and they're just not the same!

LOL! Great pictures. Faces only a cow lover could love. :)
I love cows too. My grandfather used to raise them. My cousin once named one after me...I'm not sure if it was meant to be a compliment or not.
The cow with the tongue in his nose? Yeah I knew a guy who did that (really!) but never realized he was doing it. Much cuter on cows!
