Just When

Just when I think that...

*my students are no longer listening

*they are more concerned about the opposite sex than science

*they just don't care

*I am just another boring teacher talking down to them

*all they hear is

something happens.

A big, bad sixth grader brings me a gift.

A shirt. A perfect shirt.

And he lets me hug him. In front of his friends!

And that? Just makes me

Are you texting in class again? LOL
You'll have to tell me which kid was cool enough to not only get you that, but let you hug him.

Awwww, see, there really IS hope for the future generation. :-)

Just so stinkin' cute. And you got an "outloud" hug.
