What a fantastic day over at SITS. When I published my SITS post last night, I didn't think much about it. I had a l.o.n.g. day in the classroom. Picked the kids up from daycare..got them snacked and settled. Threw in a load of laundry, got things picked up a bit, and sat down to check my email. Lo and behold I had 30 some messages just from SITS girls. I swear it was like Christmas...only I guess it was Sitsmas. It's amazing how little comments from strangers can turn your day right around. It was so fantastic to check out new blogs, leave them comments, and yes...even add more blogs to my ever-growing list of favorites. A big thanks to Heather and Tiffany for organizing such a comment love fest!
I also have to say how many people I have met through SITS and didn't even realize it. I have all of these blogs I read nearly everyday. Not just on my blogroll...Lord, that hasn't been updated in for.ever. But in my favorites...my "bookmarked" blogs..you wouldn't believe the strong of orange Bs there are. But I love every single one of them and love sitting down in the evenings to catch up on the daily happenings in the blogosphere. One of these days I will put them all in my blogroll. You know, in all my spare time.

Thanks for visiting my blog!
I am a teacher too, who also hates grading papers and emptying the litter box.
Your kids are too cute.
What is this "spare time" you speak of?
I use Bloglines to keep up with my blogs, but I just realized it hasn't been updating some blogs! So now I'm playing catch up.
I know what you mean about spare time....
I don't work outside the home--except for secretarial duties for my husband -the mayor---and I can't keep up with my faves....
not enough time in the day....
***sigh***
"SITSMAS".... girl, owe you big time for that one.
Seriously.
it WAS fun, right!? i loved it! i added so many people (you) to my reader!
Woman, you have twice the number of children I do, work outside the home, and you admitted to doing housework this week...amazing. And you even found the time to post that wonderful post on SITS and include little old me.
I didn't have time to do any of that. I'm a loser.
Love, Love, Love your blog. I knew there had to be more farmers wives out there that blogged! SITS did bring us together, I will definitely be an advid reader.
It was fun.
Good luck with all that spare time you've got!
Wow. Fall Break. I've got one coming - it's called a doctor's appointment. Can't wait.
I found you through SITS and grabbed a cute little button for my own blog... what a cool idea! I'm still a little clueless about it all, but one of these days I'll figure it out... ya' know, in all my spare time.;)
I'm a former elementary school teacher who stays home....and stalks your blog on a daily basis!
