Hello Warm Weather

Long time no see.

Spring has finally sprung in Indiana, if only for a few days. We wasted no time going out to enjoy the sunshine, 74 degree temperatures, and warm breeze before winter rears its ugly head again.

There was a lot of digging in the dirt, swinging, sliding, Gator riding, and daredevil chainsaw maneuvers.

I got a chance to experiment with the continuous picture taking option on my camera with Little Miss. It was so fun scanning through the pics, looking like little movies.

Cole had fun digging in the dirt, plowing his "field" and flipping me the bird from the swing set. (Well that's what it looks like, anyway.)
I caught this romantic moment between Bear and Jackie the Cow. Look! They're holding hands. So cute.

Little Miss choreographed several pictures. "Now take this one. Let's try this. I'll do this, then you take a picture."This would be my husband on top of a ladder sitting precariously on the back of the Gator with an uneven bed liner wielding a chainsaw. We'll file this under,

"What's the worst that could happen?"

These are my new favorite pictures of the kids. I've obviously played around with some new effects on Picnik. I will keep trying effects until I find just the right one. I see a new header in the near future.

How was the weather in your neck of the woods this weekend? Did you take any new favorite pics?

Great Picniking skills!

I loved the picture of Little Miss on the horse. I had one of those growing up, which my parents called a "Sky City" after the place we got it at. I'd ride that horse till I was sweaty.

P.S. I emailed you a forward that the pics of your husband reminded me of, so you don't think that you've been spammed. Hope you think it's as funny as I did!

The weather was beautiful here this weekend but a little windy. I did get out to run on Saturday. My favorite pics from this weekend were not taken by me. Check out my blog to see the portraits my friend took of my son!!

My husband is laughing at your husband and says "I wouldn't do something like that." YEAH RIGHT!!

We had weather near 60 this weekend, which is warm for MA.
But this morning we have 2 inches of snow and still counting.

Only in New England!

We had, and still have, balmy breezy temps--around 90! Last week we were out of school because of snow! Go figure. Not that I'm complaining!!

Love love love the pics! I'm gonna have to check out Picnik. I use Picasa and enjoy playing around with all my pics.

Have a blessed week! :)

Love the pictures. Both kids are dolls! Your hubby's "trick" looks eerily similar to something my hubby would do. Men! LOL

The weather in Alabama has been fantastic! I am officially spoiled and will NOT be happy with anything other than perfect springtime weather from here on out.
