I got this recipe from a cookbook
Deb lent me. I have to admit, when I put it together and started cooking it, it didn't smell so great. But, the final product was delicious and I will definitely be making it again. Here we go.
You need:
Chicken breasts, cream of musroom soup, cream cheese, wine (I swear it's for the meal), chicken gravy mix (who knew there was such a thing?!), jar of mushrooms, chicken broth, and egg noodles.
Put the chicken breasts in the bottom of the Crock Pot (as opposed to the top of the Crock Pot I suppose.)

Sprinkle them with the chicken gravy mix.

In a separate bowl, mix the soup with 1 cup of wine. This is where I had a moment. It just didn't look nor smell quite right. But, press on. I promise it will improve.

Pour the soup/wine mixture onto the chicken. Top with the jar of mushrooms. Well, take the mushrooms out of the jar. Don't put the JAR in.

Cover and cook on low at least 8 hours.

8 hours later...
It should look a little something like this.

During the last 30 minutes of cooking, stir in the cream cheese.
I swear I took a picture of the cream cheese, but I can't find it!
Right before serving, remove the chicken to stir the sauce and get the little cream cheese chunks mixed together. Then put the chicken back in.
Serve over pasta, rice, or noodles. I cooked some egg noodles with chicken broth because that's how I roll.
Okay, you were apparently destined to never see the final product as my f^$*%(#*$ camera is not working. Sonof&%^$&$. I am really hoping it is just my memory stick.
So, you will have to take my word for it. Hopefully I will have my camera situation figured out by my next Crock Pot attempt. Bon appetit!
